Cryotherapy Wakefield - Terms and Conditions
Please be aware that treatment times will vary depending on the type and severity of the condition. Unless stated on the Price list, standard treatments will be no longer than 45 minutes and are inclusive of consultation & preparation time. For your safety and wellbeing a consultation card must be completed on your first visit so please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for this.
During the initial consultation our therapist will discuss and agree with the client where they are now, where they would like to be, especially their goals and any up and coming events they are working towards.
We will then design a personal plan to help them achieve their goals. They will be advised of any changes they may need to make to their activity levels and eating habits. We will also be given an idea of how many treatments per area the client is expected to need to achieve their specific outcome.
Once the plan is agreed by the client and our therapist, both parties commit to the session and the plan and will then be viewed on each visit they make to the clinic.
Payment will be taken at the time of treatment. Cash, credit or debit card payments are accepted - no deposit is required in advance for a single treatment however a 50% deposit is required when booking a course of treatment.
Please be aware that we operate a 24 hour cancellation policy on treatments and you will be charged 50% within this time and 100% if you cancel on the day of your appointment or fail to show. All courses require a 50% deposit on booking and must be paid in full following the first session. Courses must be completed within 12 months and are non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
These payments will be automatically charged to the card details you provided at time of booking. If you need to cancel due to medical reasons the cancellation policy will be waived, however you will need to provide a doctors certificate within 7 days of the treatment date.
Refunds and Exchanges
Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please notify us on booking if you have any of the following concerns so that we are able to adapt the treatment for your needs. Please also inform your therapist of any medical condition prior to your treatment as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
Pregnancy (Unfortunately we can treat you if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Treatments cannot be carried out until 6 months post pregnancy)
Loss of skin sensitivity
Undergoing Cancer treatment, Liver & Kidney issues (A Doctors referrel note will be required)
Metal plates and metal pins, implants
Pace Maker (Unfortunately we cannot treat clients with pace makers)
Botox, fillers, tattoos (14 days must have passed following any of these treatments before Cryotherapy can be performed)
Tinted Eyebrows (24 hours must have passed following this treatment before Cryotherapy can be performed)
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. With Cryo Body and Cryo Facial treatments we monitor your progress and the effects of the treatment by taking before and after photos of the area or areas. We sometimes share these on our website or Social Media. If you do not wish for your images to be shared, please let us know during the time of your treatment.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. You must bring along your voucher to your appointment. Late cancellation and "failure to show" terms as laid out above also apply to gift vouchers.
